PERRY STENBÄCK - På Svenska “Perry Stenbäck can melt a heart of cast iron"! Perry has been praised by many and rightfully so. We are many that have been knocked over by the Swedish singer, guitarist and master of “everything that has strings and keys”. Perry Stenbäck is an authentic interpreter of the Nordic songwriting. In addition to Perry’s own songs, he presents, among others, also works by Cornelis Vreeswijk, Evert Taube, Dan Andersson, Myhre/Hovland and Sebastian. Perry Stenbäck has a great love for his homeland’s troubadours and his interpretations of their songs are performed with great respect for the original material and with a rare nerve and authenticity. The repertoire is mixed with Perry’s own catchy compositions. Perry also has a deep love for Denmark and the Danish song treasure, and he has, among other things, played (and plays) together with Sebastian, Allan Olsen and Erann DD. Perry's enthusiasm and instrumental skills have taken him around Denmark and the rest of the world as a touring musician, where he is highly recognised for his unique guitar playing and not least his winning personality. Perry Stenbäck has been nominated several times at the Danish Music Awards and in 2009 and 2019 he received a DMA/Folk as Musician/Artist of the Year. The venue is on the West part of island Møn in the Southern part of Denmark. Arriving from Copenhagen by car the trip takes approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes and free parking is available.
