Empowering Learning Through AI

Artificial Intelligence is showing up everywhere in education and training, but for many trainers the real question is still: how can this actually help me in my day-to-day work? In this session, we’ll explore simple, practical ways AI can support personalised learning and skills development, without replacing the human role in training. We’ll look at a few concrete tools and examples that help trainers better understand learner needs, adapt activities, and give more targeted feedback. This is not a small, interactive focus group where trainers and educators can share their experience, reflect on what works in real training settings, and give input that will help shape future European training resources developed within the Empowering Learning through AI (ELAI) project. No preparation or technical background is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to exchange with peers.
