What is Resilience Lab, and who is it for? Resilience Lab is where women in their 20s train the mind like a muscle. Come for tools and coaching, stay for the sisterhood that backs you—so you turn self-doubt into action and momentum. New job, studies, side-hustle, dating, your 20s are a lot.Resilience Lab is a monthly workshop + live coaching session where women in 20s learn practical mental fitness tools, get coached on real problems, and leave with a clear blueprint for what to do next. Come and build skills, training your mind is the mental edge no one is talking about. Be surrounded by women who share your struggles and your drive. Next session: Every Last Sunday of the month Where: Zoku Copenhagen Address: Amagerfælledvej 108, 2300 København Is this you? → Conflict avoidance, then exploding when it’s too much. → Job hunt overwhelm (CVs, cover letters, ghosting).→ People-pleasing that drains your time and energy. → “Who am I even?”, pressure to have a 5-year plan. → Fear of disappointing family or cultural expectations → Tired-but-wired: mind racing at bedtime, drained by noon. → Networking dread, fear of pitching, job interviews, and socialising. → Boundaries with bosses/lecturers/clients (saying “no” without guilt). → Not able to tap into your true self because of fear of judgement. → Struggling with confidence and staying silent when you need to speak up.Resilience Lab turns all of this into clear tools, coaching, and repeatable wins, without the fluff. How the session runs (60–90 minutes) 1. Check-in & wins (10 min) — reduce shame, build momentum. 2. Tool of the month (25 min) — teach → practice on your real situation. 3. Live coaching (30 min) — hot seats + Q&A to unblock what’s stuck. 4. Action sprint (10 min) — map your blueprint for what to do next. 5. Wrap + buddy (5 min) — set your accountability and supports. You will walk away with: - Genuine, lasting self-confidence.- A clear blueprint to work towards your goals.- Learning to trust yourself on the small calls and the big ones.- The courage to feel the fear and still take action, so you can live your dreams.
