About the artist: Monkeys With Internet är Maya Nalanis artistprojekt. Född i New York, uppvuxen i London och Stockholm, gör hon alt-pop där berättandet står i centrum – rakt, nära och med en ton som rör sig mellan skarp humor och sårbarhet. Efter att ha släppt 100 låtar på 100 veckor på SoundCloud är hon nu aktuell med sin debut-EP, som släpps den 8 maj. Tillsammans med Joakim Buddee och Truls Östman har hon mejslat fram ett sound som är direkt, hookbaserat och eget. Singlarna “Hunger” och “Wherehouse” sätter tonen.Den 7 maj kommer hon till Lykke!
