Kom med når Nubian Néné​​​​​​​ guider os igennem "House Like A Nubian" 3 timers House Dance med fokus på: House Like a Nubian is a house dance class rooted in foundational feeling and the essential understanding that defines the form. With a focus on developing strong basics, this class offers practical tools to refine your movement and elevate your house dance expression. We dive deep into freeing one’s style—exploring variations, repetition, application, and pushing physical limits to unlock personal expression. Beyond movement, the class also honors the rich history and lived stories (folklore) of the house dance community, bringing culture into every session. This is an all-levels experience. Rooted in her Haitian heritage, her resilience and dedication have propelled her beyond performance into roles as a producer, creative director, curator, visual artist, and teacher. A dependable force in innovative, multidisciplinary projects, Nubian Néné is driven by a deep commitment to cultural awareness and community engagement. Guided and inspired by ambassadors of street and club dance cultures, her mentors continue to support her journey as she helps carry the legacy forward—through performance, pedagogy, and purposeful event production.
