Fish & Chicks Festival

Dear you I am beyond excited that you are joining Fish&Chicks Festival 2026! Last year was a success and I can't wait to do repeat it! You will have free fishing all weekend to plenty of water, so if you have fished before and have your own gear - go crazy and go catch a salmon!  If you are more comfortable fishing with a spinning rod by yourself feel free to bring it! Or else bring your fly rod and reels - if you have one:) Arrival at 5 pm friday, there’s a brief and welcome at 5.30 in the common tent. You are welcome to arrive earlier if you wish to have time to fish or pitch your tent. I have a few tents with room for 2-4 in each including inflatable mattress, let me know if you wish to borrow one of those. Included in your ticket: Food will be taken care of the entire weekend - plus coffee and some snacks - but all other drinks you’ll need to bring.  (All meat and eggs is from local hunters and organic farms). All the workshops you wish to attend ( one time each) Some workshops have a maximum and you will be divided into groups. When buying your ticket, you will receive a mail with workshop options! There will be guided hours where you can try fishing along with a few others and a guide, where we will have rods for you to borrow during those hours. The guided sessions will be after a casting instruction, so you have some basics already. Drinks - both soft and alcoholic drinks If you are vegan or have allergies it is your own responsibility to bring supplements, but there will be a lot of vegetarian foods as well through out the weekend.
