This intimate gathering is designed to help you unwind, connect, and enjoy a moment of calm in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You’ll spend one hour guided by a professional gusmaster, experiencing three immersive saunagus rituals, each followed by restorative breaks—and for the brave, an optional cold plunge. Beyond the sauna, this is a space to meet new people, build meaningful connections, and enjoy a shared wellness experience. After the session, anyone who wishes is welcome to continue the moment over coffee or lunch nearby.
