To create an event, log in to your account and navigate to the My Events page via the menu, then click on Create New Event. Fill in the necessary details, such as event name, date, location, and description. When you're done, click the Save button to publish your event on the platform.
Create EventIf you forget your password, go to the login page and click the Forgot Password. link. Follow the instructions to reset your password via the email address associated with your account. You will receive a link to create a new password.
Reset PasswordIf you wish to delete your account with us, please contact us at info@evently.se and we will assist you.
We sync all events from Billetto, Ticketmaster, and Tickster daily (in Sweden). If you want these events to sync with your profile on Evently, please contact us at info@evently.se and we will assist you.
Note that we update all events daily, meaning that if you update your events with the external party, this will also change on Evently.
If you update your events after synchronization on Evently, the event will no longer sync with the external party. This is to prevent overwriting your manual changes.
