Guided Meditation – Stanley Nyoni

When We See Us: Listening to Our Deepest Longing What do we see when we truly look inward? When we pause, close our eyes, and ask: What is my deepest longing? What images emerge? What voices return? What questions keep calling? In this guided session, Stanley Nyoni — a master facilitator, energy healer, personal and leadership coach — will hold space for meditation and reflection inspired by the When We See Us exhibition. Together, we’ll explore our personal and collective longings through conversation, artistic expression, and shared listening. Come ready to slow down, listen deeply, create, and connect in community. The session begins at 15:30. We encourage you to arrive an hour before so you can enjoy the exhibition before the gathering. Materials provided:Paper and pens for drawing. Stanley Nyoni is a master facilitator, coach in personal and leadership development, reiki master and energy healer. He specializes in personal development using tools at the interface of science and spirituality that develop self-awareness leading to trusting relationships, which is essential for building community. In addition, he is a subject matter expert in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability, and has extensive experience training and facilitating organizational culture change programs for corporate clients in Europe, Asia and Africa. He has collaborated with executives to design and implement programs for transformation towards participatory leadership and team synergy.
