Join us for small plates celebrating the best of Danish spring produce, paired with crisp white wines from the island of Lilleø, Denmark. Bo Bratlann will be pouring the very rare Arwen 2007, vinified by Martin Steinmann, alongside a younger Arwen wine crafted by Danish winemaker Nathalie Edwards.
To complement the wines, André Skjødt Andersen, another Noma alum, will be serving a trio of small plates:
-Crispy fjord shrimps with lemon emulsion and Harlos’ hot sauce
-Green asparagus with parsley crème, crispy chicken skin, and aged apple balsamic
-New Danish potatoes, harvested within the last 24 hours, with oyster emulsion and peppered pancetta
