Many expats want to own property in Denmark. We earn a good income. We save up the down payment. And we loan the rest. And then we’re ready to pay the same mortgage loan for 30 years. But that’s not really the Danish way. The Danish mortgage system is “buyer friendly” and offers a lot of advantages once it’s understood.
