First aid for Babies & Toddlers: CPR and choking (in English)

Two first aid courses in English almost every month: CPR & Choking (0-3 yrs)+ the new 4 hour course: CPR, Choking & Injuries (0-8 yrs).All dates for my courses Spring 2026 can be found below (scroll to the bottom). Baby-friendly: you are allowed to bring a baby aged 0-12 months. The instructor uses her experience and knowledge as a health professional.We spend plenty of time practicing in small groups, using special Junior & Baby CPR manikins. All participants/couples will get a first aid book (English) and a Lifekey hygiene mask. Please choose a Budget ticket, if you are not interested in those. Program The 4 steps of first aidAssessment of consciousness & breathingCPR for babies and small children (we practice thoroughly!)Recovery positionHow to use an AEDPrevention of & first aid in case of choking (we practice thoroughly!)Plus more lecture-style:- How to recognize signs of serious infection- Falls- Burns and external corrosive injury- Poisoning and internal corrosive injury- Fever cramps (and other kinds of seizures) RegistrationSign up is pr. adult (18+). You are allowed to bring a baby (0-12 months) at no extra cost. You don't have to bring the baby (you will probably be more focused and learn more if you don't), but the baby is absolutely welcome :-). Pregnant? You are welcome! It's more easy to listen & learn before birth :-) Couples: You buy one ticket at full price + one partner-ticket with 20% discount. You are welcome to attend different courses the same day - please use the same name when signing up. This allows you to take turns babysitting. Registration is binding. Should the instructor get sick/quarantined or in case of new restrictions from authorities, the course will be cancelled.You will get info about a new date or you can choose a refund of the workshop fee.Practical infoSunday May 3rd:  10.00-13.00The course will be 3 hours of teaching incl. a short break.This course is in English.
