Xmas Beat – Morning Beat Dance, Yoga & Marketplace Trykkeriet Nydalen | December 13th

This December, we’re bringing the Morning Beat magic into a full-day Christmas celebration — filled with movement, music, creativity, and community warmth.

09:00–10:00 – Yoga Start your morning with grounding and flow — arriving into your body and breath before the dance.

10:00–13:00 – Sober Rave Let your body move freely to vibrant beats — connect, celebrate, and feel the joy of being fully alive. A space to dance your heart open, sober and present.

13:00–17:00 – Xmas Market, Food & Gift Workshop Stay for an afternoon of cozy vibes — with local makers, delicious food, chai, and creative corners where you can craft your own gifts and write heartfelt cards.

For kids and grown-ups alike! There’s so much space to move, play, and create — a perfect day for families, friends, and free spirits of all ages to come together and celebrate.
