SPEEDFRIENDING - Expand your friend circle INSTANTLY

What is Speedfriending? Are you tired of trying to find friends that match your interests and values in random bars or parties? Looking for meaningful connections? Are you new in Copenhagen and want genuine friendships that may last a long time? Look no further! Join us at this upcomming MrSpeedfriending event, where you'll have the chance to meet a bunch of great people in one exciting and fast-paced event. Speedfriending is NOT Speeddating :-) here we keep things strictly platonic.  Speedfriending is a fun and interactive social event designed to expand your social circle safely and discover many potential friendships in a short amount of time. Each participant will have the opportunity to engage in 3-minute one-on-one conversations with other participants, ensuring you get to meet a diverse group of people in a platonic setting. This goes without saying of course, but make sure to show up well-groomed and dress nicely so people will get to see the best version of you. IMPORTANT INFO:  Please arrive 15 MINUTTES BEFORE EVENTSTART! The DOORS CLOSE SHARP and we CANNOT let you in after that :-/ sorry... WHAT TO BRING:  1) PEN - To write list of cool new friends: CHECK! 2) WATER BOTTLE - Making friends is thirsty work: CHECK! 3) BIG SMILE - New friends want to know you won't bite ;-) CHECK! How it Works: Registration: Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our friendly team and given an envelope with a number on it, making it easy for everyone to know how to make you their match. In the envelope is a BUDDY CARD which you have to CLEARLY mark with YOUR number in top right corner and a short feedback form. Speedfriending Rounds: The main event begins! You'll take a seat in one of the rows of chairs across from your first speedfriending buddy. After some instruction, we'll start the first 3 minute timer. Get to know each other, share hobbies, interests, and anything that brings a smile to your face. When you hear the music finish your conversation, put one hand in the air to signal you're ready and scoot over to the next person. Friendship Cards: Throughout the event, you'll have the chance to mark the number of the people you'd like to connect with on your BUDDY CARD. At the end of the event you'll put your BUDDY CARD and the filled-in FEEDBACK FORM back in the envelope and return it to us. We will do the (terribly) complicated matching and share contact information with the people where both marked each other, after the event. OH, almost forgot, please BRING YOUR OWN PEN! NB: Please don’t provide or ask for contact details or last names as this breaks the format and puts unwanted pressure on the interaction. If connection is meant to be we’ll make sure it happens! About midway through we’ll have a break since meeting so many new great people can be intense. Afterparty: After the event we'll all go to a nearby bar for a much deserved drink and relaxing!
