Nomi presents Paulo Costa

Nomi is a vibrant and dynamic establishment in the heart of Gothenburg where art, cuisine, and entertainment seamlessly converge.Paulo Costa is a Brazilian artist who began his journey at the age of 7 and now, at 34, has evolved into a global multi-talent. His diverse career spans as a multi-instrumentalist musician, singer, and composer, with projects across Brazil, Sweden and South Africa. He has collaborated with esteemed artists and stages globally, contributing to a dialogue in both music and storytelling. He first came to Sweden in 2023 and since then he has collaborated with some of the greatest local musicians and music projects of Gothenburg.For this show, he brings a fine selection of Brazilian music, playing and singing successes by Gilberto Gil, Djavan, João Bosco, Lenine, Tom Jobim and other legendary renowned artists. Everything performed with the Guitar, Clarinet, Percussion and Vocals, using a loop-station and seamlessly creating a unique rich sound on his own.
