Wine-Tasting with Lewis Morton Our friend and sommelier Lewis Morton — who you might know from Restaurant Triton or wine café Tyge & Sessil — is joining us at Volta for what we’re calling a very informal wine-tasting. The tasting runs from 18.00–20.00, where you’ll get to try 5 wines in a range of colors and regions - a mix of more natty styles and cleaner, more classic ones. Nothing too fancy, just good drinking. Lewis will be moving table to table, so you’ll get to chat, ask questions, and learn a bit along the way. You’ll also get tips on where to find these affordable wines again — whether that’s through Systembolaget or local distributors — so you can bring them home in the future. We’ll have suggested food pairings available if you want something to snack on while you taste (or after). And once the tasting wraps up, you can keep enjoying the same wines by the glass or bottle at friendly prices, until they run out. After 20.00, Volta opens up for anyone to join, so feel free to invite friends to swing by after the tasting. The tasting — 5 glasses — costs 395kr.
