The release of her solo debut EP 'Luma' achieved a #3 position on Beatport and was nominated for Artist of the Year in the Dance category at the Swedish Independent Music Awards. Shortly after, she released her first remix—a rendition of Duccio's 'What If?'—on Moscoman's Disco Halal label. Attention from the music industry led to a remix request from Anjunadeep for Eli & Fur's work, alongside Maya Jane Coles, Fur Coat and Francesca Lombardo. Her interpretation of 'Wild Skies' was featured by Sian Eleri on BBC Radio 1's 'Chillest Show'. MOLØ has performed at renowned venues and festivals such as fabric, Printworks, Way Out West, Hangaren, Kaiku, and Village Underground. In 2024, her debut album ‘Aqua Lull’ was released on Vivrant. This album introduced a more boundary-pushing sound to the Swedish artist's repertoire. It received editorial support on various platforms, including Metal Magazine, Decoded Magazine, and Electronic Groove. Additionally, it earned an Electronic of the Year nomination at the Swedish GAFFA Music Awards. Looking ahead, MOLØ is exploring fresh ideas and new directions that have gained attention in the electronic scene. In 2025, she is set to release new work on notable labels, including TRAUM Schallplatten, [PIAS] Electronic, and Studio Barnhus. Sara Menke is a producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who builds a soulful atmosphere with subtle, thoughtful touches. She plays everything from piano, guitar, and banjo to cello, vibraphone, and Omnichord, even experimenting with instruments like the lyre and wine glasses. Her music has a way of shifting between quiet moments and something bigger, mixing the dreamy with the raw. Her debut single, Moln - released in 2017 - is an interpretation of Karin Boye's poem, and her visual style—shaped by her photography background—adds another layer to her work. Erik Danielson, aka DJ Hasse, has spent years collecting records and playing everything from early house to disco, electronica, and beyond. He also runs Västkransen Records, where he and the label bring a Swedish touch to dance music—something warm, rich, and influenced by the long winters and the pull of light. When he's DJing, though, his sets go way beyond house, pulling in everything from Brazilian synth and zouk to boogie and soukous. For this night at Skaiv, Menke and DJ Hasse are coming together for an experimental one-off live/DJ hybrid performance, where electronic and digital meets organic and acoustic. Expect to hear carefully tuned wine glasses, recorded waterfalls, original omnichord presets and really slow sampled bass arpeggios. These soundscapes will never be recorded—they will only exist at this event. The performance will be followed by a DJ set.
