Welcome to Kummelholmen in Stockholm for an evening of noise and experimental sounds featuring Eternities, JHK, Neuter, the Gloria and Vera V Almgren.
Expect resonant feedback, cassette manipulation, dense textures, visceral frequencies and organic landscapes.
Artist presentations
Eternities is a collaboration between bass clarinetist Katie Porter and sound artist Bob Bellerue. Our work is inspired by deep presence, resonant feedback, melodic drone, and overtone magic, in the fluid realm between intention and indeterminacy. We use harmonic tones from wind instruments played within feedback systems to create multidimensional spectral drone. JHK, is the NYC based solo experimental electronics project of Jackson H. Kovalchik who began using the moniker in 2018. JHK's output incorporates detailed and textural moments of cassette manipulation, utilizing an organic and manufactured palette. Much of the work establishes composition with throughlines of synthesized undertones culminating in entropic pedal abuse.

Vera V Almgren concerns herself with zooming in and out of tactile sonic details in her soundscapes. The landscapes are processed live and follow a dreamlike logic guided by the inherent stories found in recorded materials of wood, metal, stone and glass. Vera is also a sound engineer and has a background in the performance project CNIDARIEL. Her debut album will be released in 2026 via Istid Records. https://aspb.bandcamp.com/track/vittne-i
