Hinijosa er en båndknipling fra Spanien, der minder om de østeuropæiske båndkniplinger. Der kniples en lille fugl, hvor der undervejs stiftes bekendskab med flere bunde, der kendetegner teknikken. Der kan vælges mellem et let og et sværere mønster.  Alle kan være med, hvis man kan kniple og læse en arbejdstegning. Mønster inkluderet i prisen
